Susan Lee Susan Lee is the founder and president of the firm. Her personal network of contacts could be considered a "Who's Who" directory of graphic arts professionals, earning her a national reputation for recruiting the best candidates available in the printing industry. Prior to incorporating the business, she developed her network of contacts as a national sales executive for a printing equipment dealer. In addition, she has experience as the owner of a small publishing business. "Those years as a publishing business owner have been a valuable resource to me in evaluating the needs of my clients," Susan says. "I share their perspective; I know what's needed to manage the capital, financial, marketing, and employment requirements of a printing business." Susan remains optimistic in view of the current shortage of print industry talent. "My primary focus with the firm is on the win-win scenario between client and candidate," she says. "It's exciting to not only watch our client companies grow as a result of our recruiting efforts, but to hear the gracious comments we get from candidates who thank us for helping them achieve new levels of career success, as well.
